TRANSFORMING PLACES

Sublime exists to see our communities transformed. Our vision is to serve the community by meeting the social, educational and behavioural needs of young people and empowering them to make wise lifestyle choices and realise their potential.

Sublime is a Christian-led organisation that aims to be faith based not faith biased, and is made up of volunteers who have a desire to serve the community in which they live. Through partnerships with schools, the Police, the local authorities, youth services and local churches, we believe that Sublime has the potential of offering strong community cohesion, and can have a positive impact on London, and beyond.

We currently run, and are in the process of developing, four community projects:
